Le Blusine, un Haiku e il Porridge (interview in Italian and English)

Ogni tanto mi piace dare spazio alla creatività che mi circonda, lo faccio in modo random, quando questa mi colpisce...e Le Blusine mi hanno colpita (e centrata in pieno! ^_^) quindi ecco a voi una breve intervista a Micol di Le Blusine...leggendola capirete anche il titolo di questo post ;)

Sometimes I like to give space to the creativity that surrounds me, I do it randomly, when it "hits" me ... Le Blusine struck me (and centered in the middle ^ _ ^) so here's to you a short interview  with Micol .. . you will understand the title of this post, I promise ;)

Qual è il nome del tuo negozio, cosa crei e vendi? 

Il nome del mio negozio è "Le Blusine" un nome che racchiude in sè alcune caratteristiche ispiratrici di questo mio progetto: bluse, blu e usine (in francese significa fabbrica). L'idea iniziale era infatti quella di creare abiti da lavoro, ispirati agli abiti da lavoro, blu. Ma...allargando la gamma delle ispirazioni, pensando al lavoro come "il fare" e amando anche altri colori, il progetto si è articolato ed è tutt'oggi in costante divenire. Gli abiti sono fatti dando massima attenzione ai materiali e arricchiti con qualche accorgimento che ne permette la "portabilità" anche fuori dall'ambito strettamente lavorativo e si possono trasformare per seguirci nei diversi momenti della giornata. La giornata a cui penso è quella percorsa da qualcuno come me: un'artista e una mamma, una persona che passa il tempo a contatto con stoffe, ma anche con vetri, legni, colori, tele, fili, ma anche organizzando una mostra con il compagno fotografo, ma anche giocando con il proprio bimbo a..qualsiasi cosa! Faccio abiti per il fare ma anche comodi per non far niente..che è qualcosa che serve al pensiero, all'ispirazione.

. What's the name of your business, what do you create and sell?

The name of my shop is "Le Blusine"  that embodies some characteristics that inspiring my project: blouses, blue and usine (in French means factory). The starting idea was indeed to create work clothes, inspired by the work clothes, blue. But .. expanding the range of inspirations, thinking of the work as "doing" and loving other colors, the project is articulated and is still in constant becoming.
The clothes are made by giving full attention to the materials and enriched with some changes that allows the "portability" even outside the working closely and you can turn to follow us at different times of the day. The day I think about is that experienced by someone like me, an artist and a mom, a person who spends time in contact with cloth, but also with glass, wood, colors, canvas, wire, but also organizing an exhibition with her fiance photographer, but also playing with her child to .. anything!I make clothes for the "doing" but also comfortable to do nothing .. which is something you need to think, to inspiration.

Quali sono le 3 cose di cui non puoi fare a meno? Un buon sonno, un sogno e dell'ottimismo.
What 3 things can't you live without? A good sleep, a dream and a bit of optimism.

Qual'è la novità, il prodotto o il progetto che ti piacerebbe condividere con noi?Una novità sono grembiuli per bambini e poi sto lavorando con i colori e i tessuti autunnali, adoro il color ruggine!

What's new? Any products or projects you'd like to share? 
A novelty is aprons for kids and then I'm working with the colors and textures of autumn, I love the rust color!

Qual è la tua fonte di ispirazione nell'arte e nella vita? Il mio vissuto è ciò che mi ispira, mi piace ripescare cose dalla memoria, ma anche da vecchi libri, foto, film..quando viaggio scatto tante foto e poi non riesco a buttare nulla, abbandono le cose per un pò di tempo così quando le ritrovo dicono cose nuove. Nella vita mi ispirano tante cose, mi piace leggere le biografie degli artisti.

What are your inspirations in your art and life? My experience is what inspires me, I like to fish out things from memory, but also from old books, photos, movies...When I travel I shoot lots of photos and then I can not throw anything, leaving things for a bit of time so when the meeting they say new things. In the life many things inspire me, I like to read biographies of the artists.

Com'è il tuo studio o spazio creativo? Il mio studio è un pò come il mio logo: un tavolo! La mia è una casa-studio che si trasforma e si adatta un pò come i miei abiti!! C'è la mia macchina da cucire, due tavoli, un armadio, cassetti e tante scatole e scatoline..il computer e fuori dalle finestre giardino e una bella porzione di cielo.

What is your studio or work space like? My studio is a bit like my logo: a table! My home is a home-study that transforms and adapts a bit like my clothes!There's my sewing machine, two tables, a wardrobe, drawers and lots of boxes and little boxes .. the computer and out of the windows garden and a nice portion of the sky.

Quale è il miglior consiglio sulla creatività che ti è stato dato? Letto da poco e lo penso come qualcosa a cui tendere: "Un vero haiku deve essere semplice come il porridge e al tempo stesso mostrarti l'essenza stessa delle cose".

What is the best creative advice you have been given? 

Just read it and think of it as something to aim for, "A true haiku should be as simple as porridge and at the same time show the essence of things"
